专利说明:
15 20 25 30 hydraulic and electrical coupling means. Another aspect is that excavators are generally used in urban environments, where there are flat surfaces, on which a replacement bucket can be placed, to position it so that a replacement is facilitated. Similar conditions, with flat ground, can not be expected in forest environment island, and the technology used on this type of buckets for excavators is not applicable in forest environment. TROUBLESHOOTING It is thus desired to simplify and reduce the time required for switching between different tools. TROUBLESHOOTING The object underlying the invention is achieved if the tool holder initially indicated is characterized in that the other connecting means are also lockable and releasable by scarring. Additional advantages are obtained if the bracket is additionally given one or more of the features according to claims 2-8. COMPILATION OF DRAWING FIGURES The invention will now be described on the basis of the accompanying drawings. These show: fi g 1 a side view of a boom included in a Forestry Machine, a tool holder and a tool; Fig. 2 is an exploded view of a bracket according to the invention; 3 g 3a and b are side views from two angles of the bracket according to the invention in an open position; and fi g 4a and b are side views corresponding to those of Figs. 3a and b of the bracket in a locked position. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT Fig. 1 shows a part of a forestry machine, in which a boom 1 is included, on which a rotator 2 is arranged, which is rotatable about its own axis. A bracket 3 is arranged on the rotator 2, with which a harvester assembly 4 is releasably attached to the boom 1 of the forestry machine. The harvester assembly 4, shown in fi g 1, is only an example of a tool which is attachable to the boom 1 by means of the bracket 3. The tool can be of another type, for example a tool for collecting and bundling branches and twigs. The harvester assembly 4, shown in fi g 1, is arranged to perform felling of trees, pruning of the felled trunks and cutting thereof to desired lengths. In fi g 2 the rotator 2 and the bracket 3 are shown in an exploded view. The bracket is divisible into two parts, an upper part 3a and a lower part 3b. On the upper part there are gripping means 5, which in the preferred embodiment are two pieces. Each part 3a, 3b of the bracket 3 has hydraulic coupling means together with coupling means for electricity and data transmission. In a preferred embodiment, the electrical coupling means are six-pole and waterproof. All coupling means 6 for hydraulics, electricity and data transmission are arranged centrally in the brackets 3a, 3b, which has your advantages. On the one hand, the rotation of the bracket 3 is facilitated, since the wires during the twist are twisted only around themselves, which means that only a limited extra length must be provided for the wires up to the coupling means 6, in order not to prevent twisting or cause damage to wires or coupling means. The second advantage of a central location is that encapsulation and protection of the coupling means 6 is facilitated. Around the coupling means 6 there is an outer guide means 7a and an inner guide means 7b. The guide means 7a, 7b have the shape of hollow straight blocks, where the outer guide means 7a has slightly larger dimensions than the guide means 7b, so that the outer guide means 7a is slidably mounted on the outside of the inner guide means. The external dimensions of the inner guide means 7b thus largely correspond to the inner dimensions of the outer guide member 7a, so that the correspondence in the form between the inner and the outer guide means 7a, 7b results in an alignment of the coupling means 6 in the bracket. upper part 3a and its lower part 3b, respectively, so that these are connected at the same time as the control means 7a, 7b are dried together. Arranged around the lower guide member 7b is a circumferential gripping edge 8. This gripping edge 8 has partly the purpose of limiting the movement of the upper part 3a of the bracket in relation to its lower part 3b and partly the purpose of being part of the reading of the bracket 3. When the upper guide member 7a has been moved on the outside of the guide member 7b, its free outer end to abut against the gripping edge 8, and the upper part 3a of the bracket is thus completely aligned with its lower part 3b. The gripping edge 8 is arranged at such a height around the lower control means 7b that when the upper control means 7a is brought into contact with the gripping edge 8, the coupling means 6 for hydraulics, electricity and data transmission have also been connected. In order to hold the guide means 7a, b, and thus also the coupling means 6, in relation to each other, the gripping means 5 on the upper part 3a of the bracket are brought into engagement with the gripping edge 8 on the side facing away from the upper part 3a of the bracket. The gripping means 5 thus grip around the gripping edge 8 in a position beyond it. While the shape of the control means 7a, 7b prevents them from rotating relative to each other, which would entail a risk of damage to the coupling means 6, as well as an instability in the fastening, the gripping means 5 prevent a movement in the longitudinal direction of the control means 7a, b, i.e. . their joining direction. The gripping means 5 thus hold the bracket 3 together into a single unit. In order to achieve a connection of a tool 4 with the boom 1 on a forestry machine by means of the bracket 3, the following takes place in short: the tool 4 is placed on a surface, for example the ground or the på of a truck or a trailer. The base does not have to be either horizontal or flat, which means that the upper part of the tool with the lower part 3b of the bracket 3 can be directed in any direction, with the only condition that a space around the bracket 3b is free, so that this is accessible. The boom 1 and the rotator 2 are aligned so that the upper part 3a and the lower part 3b of the bracket end up opposite each other along a substantially straight line. The upper part 3a of the bracket with the guide means 7a approaches the lower part 3b of the bracket and its guide means 7b with an approximately linear movement in the longitudinal direction of the guide means 7a, 7b, which is thus the merging direction of the guide means 7a, 7b. If it turns out, when the guide means 7a, 7b are located opposite each other, that they are slightly offset in the direction of the joining or slightly rotated relative to each other, a further adjustment of the upper part 3a of the bracket may need to be made. Since the rotator 2 is arranged on the boom 1 of the forestry machine, it is possible for the operator of the forestry machine to control and adjust the position on the upper part 3a of the bracket to a very high degree. A further advantage of the rotator 2 being arranged between the boom 1 and the upper part 3a of the bracket is that only one rotator 2 needs to be used, which is a cost advantage compared to whether a separate rotator must be arranged on each individual tool. When a sufficient adjustment has been made of the upper part 3a of the bracket in relation to the position on the lower part 3b of the bracket, the upper guide member 7a is applicable to the lower guide member 7b. The coupling means 6 which are arranged inside the control means 7a, 7b fit together, since the adaptation of the mutual positions of the control means 7a, 7b also means an automatic adaptation of the mutual positions of the coupling means 6. The control means 7a, 7b are brought together and a possible further alignment of them takes place during the mutual sliding of the control means 7a, 7b. Thus, the parts 3a, 3b of the bracket are brought together and the mechanical interconnection simultaneously, and in the same movement, entails an automatic connection of the coupling means 6 for hydraulics, electricity and data transmission. There is thus no need for a separate connection of hydraulics, electricity or data transmission, but everything takes place automatically when the two parts 3a, 3b of the bracket 3 are connected. The driver of the forestry machine does not have to get out of the cab, and the risk of any connection being missed is eliminated. In order to keep the bracket 3 in its position, the gripping means 5 are locked beyond the gripping edge 8 by means of the operating cylinders 9 arranged on the gripping means 5, which in the preferred embodiment are hydraulic. All couplings 6 are retained when the gripping means 5 have locked the guide means 7a, 7b in relation to each other. The couplings 6 are also protected from external influences. The reading of the gripping means 5 is maintained even in the event of a loss of injection, such as a drop in pressure in the hydraulic lines and in the event of a power failure. When tool 4 is to be detached from the forestry machine, the procedure is reversed. First, the gripping means 5 are disengaged from the gripping edge 8, and then the upper guide member 7a can be pulled away from the lower guide member 7b and the coupling means 6 are disengaged from each other due to the traction force exerted by the boom 1 on the upper part 3a. In Figs. 3a and 3b, the gripping means 5 are shown in their open position before the guide means 7a and 7b have been brought together. The rotors 2, the cylinders 9 in the gripping means 5, the guide means 7a and b as well as the gripping edge 8 are visible in the fi gures. The constituent parts are the same as indicated above for fi g 3a and 3b, but the upper guide means 7a is now applied to the lower guide means 7b, so that the gripping means 5 can grip beyond the gripping edge 8 and hold together the upper part 3a of the bracket and its lower part 3b. ALTERNATIVE EMBODIMENTS It is in principle possible to design the guide 7a, 7b in some other way than that shown in the embodiment described above. The guide 7a, 7b could have a different shape than the rectangular one shown in the exemplary embodiment. This is especially true of cross-sectional forms. It is of course a considerable advantage if the control means 7a, 7b have such a cross-sectional shape that they can only be brought together in one position, so that an automatic tuning also takes place by the coupling means for hydraulics, electricity and data, and the risk of errors is eliminated. The control means 7a, 7b can also have a more open-ended design and strictly speaking only consist of rails extending in the direction of connection, but a disadvantage of this is that the coupling means 6 for hydraulics, electricity and data are not as well protected from external influences as in the embodiment described above. The mechanical locking 5, 8 could be designed in any other way known to the person skilled in the art, but it should be designed in such a way that it does not come loose in the event of a loss of function, such as lack of current or loss of pressure in the hydraulic system. In the above discussion, switching means 6 for data transmission have been approached. It is of course possible to transmit data wirelessly, which means that no cable is needed for this purpose. Thus, the design can be modified so that the coupling means 6 inside the control means 7a, 7b refer only to hydraulics and / or electricity. The invention can be further modified within the scope of the appended claims.
